Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and to preserve the public health of all,  we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of personal care & cosmetic products unless:

- The products contained a manufacturing defect: To replace your product or get a refund, please write to us via WhatsApp as soon as you receive the order (note: we may request pictures of the manufacturing defect). In the event that you want to replace the product, RAW BEAUTY will bear the cost of shipping the new order to you.

  Note: Products purchased from an authorized distributor cannot be exchanged or returned, and you must contact the distributor from whom you purchased the products.
