Shipping & Delivery Policy

By ordering from RAW BEAUTY, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the shipping policies of the partner shipping companies, and that means compliance with these policies in all of them.

The responsibility of the shipment is transferred from RAW BEAUTY to the specified shipping company as soon as it is delivered to the shipping company representative, and accordingly RAW BEAUTY is not responsible for any error or delay that occurs due to the shipping company or the customer after the shipment is picked up. Please refer to the specified shipping company in case you encounter any problem or have any questions regarding the shipment.

Products damaged during shipping: Because customer satisfaction is our priority at RAW BEAUTY, we will compensate you for any products damaged during the shipping process. Please WhatsApp us as soon as you receive your order (note: we may ask you to share photos of the damage to your shipment).

In the event that the delivery option is chosen through a RAW BEAUTY delivery representative, RAW BEAUTY guarantees that the order will be delivered within the period indicated during order confirmation. In the event of failure to deliver the order within the specified period, the customer has the right to refund the full value of the order without any fees.
