Return Policy


In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and to preserve the public health of all,  we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of personal care & cosmetic products unless:

- The products contained a manufacturing defect: To replace your product or get a refund, please write to us via WhatsApp as soon as you receive the order (note: we may request pictures of the manufacturing defect). In the event that you want to replace the product, RAW BEAUTY will bear the cost of shipping the new order to you.


- Damage to products during shipping: Because we strive for customer satisfaction at RAW BEAUTY, we will compensate you for any products that got damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as you receive your order (note: we may request photos of damaged products). Also please file a claim with the shipping company as they are responsible for the damage to your shipment.
